  • REFUNDS: All payments to Royal Expression Travels  are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is due to contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices competitive and provide a monthly payment schedule
  • Payment must be received on the specified date or  late fees will be assessed in the amount of $30.00
  • Declined credit card payments will result in a penalty fee of: $25.00 ( per transaction)
  • Failure to meet your monthly payment obligation will result in a cancellation of your reservation (should you have a roommate that neglects to fulfill their financial obligation, you will be notified. This will increase your overall package price).
  • Payments will be debited on a monthly basis, collected on the 18th of each month.
  • I understand all payments to Royal Expression Travels  are non-refundable and non-transferable (including deposits). The above total is dependent on a group travel rate and are subject to change if the participation falls below a number consistent on a group. I  further acknowledge that I have been advised to purchase travel insurance to protect my investment.
  • IDENTIFICATION: Guests are required to make reservations in the full name that is listed on his/her government document they will use for travel. If you need to make any changes to a name after travel documents have been issued, clients will be responsible for all name change fees applicable
  • Should there be a fluctuation in the currency, you will be notified and your invoice adjusted accordingly
  • Please note that the yacht, transfers and excursions will have specific times of departures and will be unable to accommodate late arrivals
