Day 4: June 10th, Set Sail to SLANO (Ston)
Around 8:00 AM we will set sail as you are awaken by the smell of fresh pastries and your breakfast being prepared by your private chef. Glare at the sea and the passing yachts as you become smitten with the backdrop of the blue glistening water as we approach the alluring beaches of Ston.
After breakfast we will arrive to the beach with a small boat in tow, were you will be compelled to dive in the healing waters of the Adriatic Sea; or, at least walk the beach to gather treasures.
After you swim at the swim stop, come back aboard where a four course meal will await you! Thereafter, about mid afternoon we will approach the small town of Ston.
Ston is really two towns in one, linked by 3km of hillside-hugging fortifications. Ston is also home to some of the biggest stretch of vineyards and boast the best wine makers. The tame and picturesque Mediterranean landscape makes this small town and its environment even more beautiful. Tourists are especially attracted by gastronomic specialities , primarily oysters and seafood. Making the Malostonski Bay famous. This place is frequented by famous Hollywood lineups!
Today we will visit an oyster farm where you will have a tasting paired with homemade cherry liquor and farm-to-table vegetables for those who do not consume shellfish. We will be ushered in by a private speedboat to reach your remote location where the private tasting will be held. Have this light meal amid a mountain filled backdrop surrounded by water!
Day 5: June 11th, Depart Ston and Head to the HOT Spot of HVAR
Hvar is known to us as the other ‘South of France‘ aligned with upscale boutiques, fascinating restaurants and don’t forget the chic wine bars that grace the edge of each cobble stone corner! Hvar is also a bit reminiscent of Capri, Italy for being home to celebrities and for its exclusivity. Walk the promenade by day and club hop by night. The vibrance of the city will have you mesmerized!
Hvar is a long, slender island just 40km (25 miles) from Split, famed for its lavendar fields and as Croatia’s coolest clubbing destination. The island’s Stari Grad Plain is a Unesco World Heritage Site, where the cultivation pattern of olive trees as laid out by early Greek colonists has been perfectly preserved for some two and a half thousand years. Some of Croatia’s best red wines are produced on Hvar, in particular around Sveta Nedelja on the steep west coast of the island, from the Plavac grape.
Again and again, you will have a ‘pinch me’ if it’s real moment! As your awakened by the fresh scents of baked goods prepared just for you! After breakfast go on the top deck and lounge in the sun-beds to take in the view as the yacht tenders for a swim stop in the most perfect spot.
Only to return and have a four-course lunch awaiting. Weather it is black risotto in a corn sauce topped with monk fish, or fresh pasta your palliate will be pleased!
By early afternoon disembark and find yourself in the heart of Hvar! Feel free to shop, taste and explore as the yacht shall be docked within one step of the promenade.
Careful, as you feel just like a celebrity as onlookers watch as you step off your mega yacht!
Bar hop and Party Hop all night until the wee hours of the morning! Just as long as YOU return by Morning prior to the yacht departure!
Day 6: June 12th, Welcome Back Aboard as We Travel to VIS, Croatia
VIS Croatia’s Best Kept Secret!
The remote Croatian island of Vis is as impregnable as a Bond villain’s lair and as beautiful as Capri before the tourists. Despite its picture postcard Mediterranean beauty, its olive groves and vines, with ancient ruins. It seems the only foreigners who have discovered it are those who arrive on the glamorous Italian and Austrian yachts that moor here in the evening. For those singles your mate just might be here!
Apart from being the best kept secret, Vis has some of the best beaches in the country. It has fabulous fresh seafood and local wines and imparts a feeling of laziness even though there is a lot to do.
Wake up feeling refreshed with a glass of mimosa with your breakfast as you mentally disconnect from reality as you’ve previously known it! Find yourself congregating on the top deck to take on the sights, and Oh what a sight!
We will enjoy an excursion and set sail to Bisevo (Blue Cave), before arriving to Vis. While we sail I invite you to have a glass of strawberry champagne or your favorite drink from the on-board bar.
These Boats in Tow will transport those to the pebbled beaches who prefer not to get wet with swimming!
Today is different, your embarking upon the bluest of blues and hues that hasn’t constituted a color yet! We are visiting Bisevo (Blue Grotto). Biševo is best known for its rare natural phenomenon, Modra špilja (‘Blue cave’). The interior of the cave and the sea inside it are an indescribable silver-blue colour. The rays of sun that penetrate through the only crack into the cave are reflected in the sea, creating incredible light effects. It is very similar to the Italian cave on the Capri island, but much more fascinating. These are only a few words about this enchanting islet; you will have to investigate the rest on your own.
Return to the yacht to have a meal with the local flavors prepared by your private chef. Once you disembark from the boat, which I’m sure you’ll be reluctant to do, but go and visit the local town, which you’ll be only steps from. When the sun begins to set, put on your worthiest attire. As we are going to a wine tasting in the heart of town! Pairing the deepest red wines with the most organic truffle oil.
Day 7: June 13th, Depart Vis and Sail to Korcula
Korcula is the birthplace of Marko Polo and one of the best preserved medieval cities in the Mediterranean, often called “miniature Dubrovnik”. Korcula is one of Croatia’s most treasured islands also dotted with sandy beaches. Here you will find narrow cobble streets high end boutiques and ocean front dinning aligning the promenade for the most chic look.
At night experience the glitz and glam of Korcula, fine dinning and small pub like restaurants that you will not be able to refrain from taking pictures of.
Today your awakened by the low key sounds of music that is permeating through the yachts sound system. Your ready for your cup of espresso to get you going, paired with delectable fresh baked pastries. After enjoying the alluring Mediterranean sea and its marine life, lets party!
By early afternoon we will be amid the rooftop deck to enjoy a party where we will have a full buffet to enjoy before disembarking (if you so choose) explore and enjoy everything that this swanky town has to offer.
Day 8: June 14th, Depart Korcula and Sail to Mljet
Mljet is a quiet and protected area where you can enjoy the serenity, the nature and relax your senses. It is a home to many endemic plant species and rich historical heritage. However, there are a lot of options for different activities here as well. This hidden bay and beach is surrounded by pine trees, faces South and looks like a lagoon. The entrance from the sea to Blace beach is only 8 metres wide so the sea water inside the lagoon gets very warm and is possible to swim
You are allowed to swim in the lakes so bring your swim suits and if you wish to do more exercise you can rent a kayak or a canoe and row along the lakes. But we are going to see the astonishing National Park and YOUR getting ready to embark upon a real moment of “is this even possible.”
After having another day of an array of fresh fruits and locally grown food items for breakfast we will indulge in an excursion full of adventure! We will encounter lush greenery, the ability to view marine life through snorkeling and watch waterfalls come to life right before your eyes!
After a long but invigorating day we will have a Lavish Dinner party on-board your Mega Yacht. Among the towns crowds and the lights of the heart of the city.
Day 9: June 15th, We Depart Mljet and Arrive in Boll
Bol area stretches few kilometres along the coast and has many beautiful beaches, among which is the world famous beach Zlatni Rat (Golden Cape). This beach is a unique natural phenomenon that extends nearly half a kilometre into the clear blue sea like a small tongue. It “grows” with the depositing and sedimentation of small gravelly pebbles around the underwater reef, and the tip of the beach constantly changes its shape, attempting to conform to the will of the waves and gentle sea currents.
MORNING: I’m sure you are already awake sun gazing by now or chuckling with the crew members over breakfast, who, already know your name and personal preferences. The crew is up by the break of dawn insuring your stay is nothing less than perfect.
The Island Hop Continues
After breakfast prepare for a swim stop where the water is so clear it looks as if your peering into a mirror! This pebbled beach is dotted with so many yachts you will loose count.
Sun bath, Dive off the side of the boat, or use the water toys to stay afloat!
Climb back aboard for an amazing lunch paired with a house favorite mojito! The bar is fully stocked for whatever your pallete is in the mood for! The lunch tables are always set with house baked breads and fresh olive oil and/or truffle oil to drizzle on your salads and breads.
You are now in the heart and town of Bol were you will find family owned and run restaurants with stylish specialty stores that has all things Truffle in them. Also go into various boutiques to find Croatian clothing: Tassels and Pom Pom’s. Each town transforms at each turn and Bol is no different. Scroll the streets all afternoon to find what makes Bol so unique. We will disembark to spend the night in Split, Croatia.
Day 10: June 15th, Depart Bol to Overnight in ‘Split’ One of the Most Popular Cities
Split is the second largest city in Croatia and capital of Dalmatia. We will be docked right in the main waterfront promenade Riva, which is a place to enjoy drinks and coffee. In summer there are events, concerts and performances organized on Riva for everyone to enjoy. For wine and snacks try wine bars Zinfandel or Paradox or stroll the streets of the old town and try any of many bars and cafes. There is endless things to do, from street performers to tons of shopping, its all there to ignite your pleasures!
The Dinner En blanc of Croatia
For Our last night on-board the Black Swan Yacht, what would be more fitting than to celebrate traveling as ‘A’ listers than ending in a night of dinner, dancing with live entertainment amid the Mediterranean sky, while spectators wonder who YOU are?
Day 11: June 17th, Disembark the Yacht to Head to Le Méridien Lav Split
Embark on a coastal journey with Le Méridien Lav, Split. Set along the pristine coastline of the Adriatic sea and featuring clear emerald waters just a stone’s throw from Split.
